· Be capable of submitting at least 3 articles per week.

·  Be able to follow the creative direction of articles as outlined by NfamousGamers.com's Editorial staff.

·  Be receptive to feedback and criticism.  

WHAT TO SUBMIT  
A complete application for the position must include the information listed below (incomplete applications will not be considered).

·  An original sample article (not previously published) between 800-1,200 words, written to match the tone and structure of articles currently published on NfamousGamers.com's.  

·  An updated cover letter. 

·  Links to any other works applicant has done and would like considered. 

·  Applicants relevant achievements if applicable. 

·  A list of other sections from the website that the applicant would be interested in working on, though this does not guarantee the area selected will be the only area applicant will work.  

GUIDELINE FOR WRITING SAMPLE  
Other things applicants must keep in mind when writing their sample pieces:

·  Articles must match the structural format of other pieces from the relevant section. Please refer to previous articles as a guide.

·  Your submission must be UPE: Useful, Practical & Entertaining. 
·  NfamousGamers.com is all things pop culture through the eyes of video gamers so being a gamer (casual to pro) is HIGHLY recommended.

·  NfamousGamers.com embraces varying writing styles but is looking for candor, wit, and intelligent opinions with a good knowledge base for whichever area writers are covering.

·  Submitted article topics may have already been assigned to other writers. 

COMPENSATION
Compensation varies and depends on skill and department.

NfamousGamers(dot)com is currently looking for content managers to join our dynamic and expanding team.  

Potential applicants must:

·  Oversee, optimize and contribute to our Nfamous articles/blogs

·  Translate proprietary Nfamous content to our websites

·  Maintain and update existing information on our websites

·  Be able to commit approximately 10 hours each week 

To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent writer, able to multitask and prioritize your workload for maximum efficiency. If you are reliable, motivated, organized and flexible we strongly encourage you to apply!  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

·  Excellent writing skills

·  Basic Dreamweaver

·  Basic Photoshop

·  Basic HTML

·  Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)  
·  Basic open source CMS knowledge is a bonus (i.e Joomla, Drupal, etc.)

·  Website updating

·  Extremely internet savvy

While we don’t need a website developer, we do need someone capable of maintaining a site! Enthusiasm to learn or know about pop culture and video gaming is a must.
