The holidays are upon us as we bring 2010 to a close. CONTEST RULES

Of course, as with any contest, there are rules everyone has to comply with, and this contest is no different. So, as annoying as it is, here are the rules you have to follow to win. Yeah, I know, it's no fun, but legal here at Nfamous tells us if we don't post them, we might have to stop the contest, and I don't think anyone really wants that.


 

— Winner subject to verification.
— Contestants must 18 years of age or older to enter.  
— Winner can win only one prize for the month unless otherwise specified.
— Prizes will be shipped to winner upon verification of shipping address. Expect 4-6 weeks for delivery.
— Due to the holiday season, expect delivery delays.
— Nfamous.net and its parent company will not accept liability for incorrect or omitted information causing delays or returns.
— Staff members, prior staff (employed within the last 12 months), and family members of staff or former staff, as described, are disqualified from contests.
— Daily contests begin at midnight (00:00) and conclude at 11:59 p.m. (23:59) Pacific Standard Time. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (23:50) Pacific Standard Time.
— All submissions must be original and owned by contestant. Copywritten, trademarked, and/or registered works submitted without permissions or rights will be rejected and subject to legal action.
— All written and artistic material submitted will become property of Nfamous.net and its parent company JC Media & Entertainment, LLC.
— Winners will submit their likeness and give permission to reuse likeness without compensation.
— No original or submitted material will be returned.
— Prizes and contests are subject to change.
