I actually loved this game. When I had first gotten into the game, I ended up in Italy in the U.S Army during World War II. After getting through the first mission, I was kind of dismissive. It didn’t seem that great. But after a few missions, I was hooked; and I mean HOOKED. Right after returning home from Italy, your going home with your friend Joe. Then you basically just see your mom, get your clothes and stuff. You later are doing jobs for the local mafia family as you start off as just an associate. (And yes, later you and Joe end up in the family.) My favorite part is when you actually get a house. Yes, you steal the keys at a real estate place while Joe distracts the girl at the counter, but its actually a pretty nice place.

I found myself playing this game for hours throughout the day, and I beat it in about a week or so. There are other story modes to as well, such as the betrayal of Jimmy and Joe`s adventures, which is the next story mode I am about to play. The entire game takes place in the mid to late 1940s and the early 1950s. You end up going to jail at some point in the 40`s and don’t get out until the 50`s, which explains the jump in time. I don’t want to go to much into the story and spoil it.

The graphics of the game are... alright, I guess. I have seen better but its not so bad. I still liked the game and found it interesting. The one thing I REALLY love is the connections you tend to get with the characters throughout the game. You don’t know it until something happens. One thing I don’t like about the game is that if a cop runs into you, you get a ticket for hit and run. Really? I wasn’t the one that hit him. There was a time that I was sitting at this light, and it turns green so I start to turn and this cop runs a red light, hits me, and puts on his sirens and I get the symbol on the right of the screen that I'm getting a ticket. So you know what I did, I got out of the car, pulled out my tommy gun, and shot a full 50 round drum without stopping. Then, when I saw the sirens turn off, I respectfully got my gun, and put it in my coat. Then got back into my car and proceeded to my house. That’s how we do it in the mafia.

Overall, the gameplay was not bad. It is third person mode, which is something I like, and is very realistic.
