by Delta on 12.28.10 ![]() Graal Online is a game I am addicted to. This is an online game in which you can make your own little avatar of some sort, and you can decide if you want to be a cop or a gangster — I'm a gangster in the game. You are playing with other people who have the game, and I even have some friends who are playing from Japan and England. It's in the modern era with guns and fancy cars you can drive, and you can even own a modern house. To become a gangster, you have to shoot other people with a blue highlighted name. Blue means they are a cop. There is a meter with a star on it on the top of the screen you can see if you are healing or get hurt and shows if you are becoming a gangster or a cop. The gangster's names are highlighted in red. I would prefer being a gangster because first, it's really fun and also because there are a lot more gangsters than there are cops. If you are a cop, good luck trying to walk a block without getting shot by another gangster. You can earn money by doing jobs like collecting flowers for a flower shop. If you go to a flower shop, you can get a basket; go anywhere you see flowers, which are everywhere. Once you collect a lot of flowers, you bring it back to the flower shop and sell them. The thing I hate about the job, though, is some flowers you have to collect like four to six of just to sell for $1 or $2. I will spend like 15 minutes collecting flowers and I go to sell them, and I tend to get the flower that takes about five flowers to sell for $1. After all that time collecting and if I sell all of my flowers, I only get about $135 to $150 total. That's not even enough to buy ammo for my gun. After a while, I found a new job that is WAY better-paying and somewhat fun. The one job I'm sticking with is collecting shells for the shell shop. I would recommend going to the island at the bottom of your map. Mostly because there is a shell shop right next to the beach, and if you get shot and die, the hospital is literally right across the street from the shell shop that is right next to the beach. You have to buy a shovel at the shell shop to collect shells. It is $50 (in the game), but trust me, after you're done collecting shells, you realize paying the $50 was worth it. The one bad thing is after a while, your shovel will break, and you’re going to have to buy a new one. I usually just keep collecting shells until it breaks, and when I go back to the shell shop, I would sell my shells and buy another shovel. The shell shop pays REALLY well. When I'm done selling all my shells, I usually get about $300 to $450 total. Three stops to shell store, and I have a little over $1,000 already. Sometimes I even tend to steal someone else's shells if they die or leave (hahaha). The last job is the post office. I haven't done this job, but all I read on it was you deliver mail to places or something. I think it's going be really hard because it's on the big island, which has the most gang activity. There was one problem I had with the place is every time I would get out of the hospital, there will be about four to five guys shooting people when they get out. So I'll walk out, and they will start shooting me, and I will end up right back into the hospital. It made me so mad, but the Admin changed it to until you leave the parking lot, you can't die. That made the game better for me. There's no hospital bill or anything either, which is good. The graphics are cartoonish. They look like Zelda: A Link to the Past. Honestly, it doesn't really bother me at all. I kinda like it. You can also go to the gun shop and since you start with a pistol and a knife, you can buy the same pistol and have dual pistols. You can do the same thing with the Uzi and shotgun. You also can buy an AK-47. There is a melee shop where you can buy machetes or a wrench and other items instead of your knife. You can buy furniture for your house as well. Overall, I really love the game.
